Shipping Methods
Ground Shipping: $10.00 per shipment
2nd Day Air: $20.00 per shipment
We will ship UPS Ground & 2nd Day Air to the continental US (Additional charge for Alaska shipments). Items will ship to arrive in 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted or the product is out of stock. We pride ourselves in the speedy handling of orders. All orders will typically ship 1-2 business days from when the order is recieved. If there is going to be a delay shipping your order(such as being out of stock), we will contact you with the expected ship date. 2nd Day Air shipments are based on business days and UPS operating schedules. Holiday shipping schedules also impact shipments. If you have any questions about how best to ship a product, feel free to call and we'll be glad to help.
FPO's, APO's and US Territories
For FPO and APO and all other US Territory addresses we ship UPS with the packages insured.
International Orders
Currently we do not ship internationally. We are looking into reaching outside of the US for new customers, however at this time we reserve service to United States shipments only.
Return Policy
DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS
On rare occasions customers may receive a damaged product. Damaged products must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Once the damaged delivery is reported to us, we will arrange to have UPS pick up the product from the address to which it was delivered within 2 business days from the date reported.
Once the damaged item is in our hands, we will arrange ,within 2-5 business days, to either issue a replacement and/or refund your money, including the original shipping cost.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS
We handle all non-defective returns on a per case basis, versus increasing prices substantially for everyone. ALL returns require a verbal approval from a Kinley's Golf Sales associate. To insure the quality of product customers receive, Kinley's Golf Sales will only accept returns that are 100% complete and in NEW, UNUSED condition.
No shipping charges will be reimbursed on non-defective product returns.
Failure to return the item(s) in the COMPLETE original packaging will result in refusal. This includes any external boxes used, manuals, disks, accessories, packing materials, and said packaging is not damaged, marked or otherwise not acceptable for resale.
All returns are inspected upon return. This process can take a couple of weeks. Please allow 2-10 business days from the return date for credit to be issued.
Product Warranty
We will adhere to the manufacturer's product warranty on all new products. Each manufacture has their own warranty policies and vary on product. Please contact us and/or visit the manufacturer's website for more information on warranty policies.
